How to Reach your Goals


How can you achieve your goals in your life, health, fitness, nutrition, business, and relationships?  Many people struggle with seeing results in all aspects of their life and the reason in  many instances is that you are overwhelmed.  You've heard that the way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time - well that is how you need to approach your goals.  I was at a conference this past spring and the speaker Darrin Hardy discussed how to increase your results 1000%?  He had a fairly simple equation for success but it is rooted in doing the small stuff each day or improving 1/10th of 1% each day -- see his summary below:

If you focus on improving each and every day, the results will follow.  You may not see the results at the end of the day but after a month or after a year, you will be way on your way to reaching your goals.  A great book that highlights this entire thinking is the Slight Edge by Jeff Olson.  This is a great read and a must have for anyone that is trying to reach their goals.
