Here are a few pictures of me I thought I would share with you.  The 1st picture is my beautiful wife Caren, just relaxing on a nice day checking out the crape myrtle blooms.  The other is a picture of my brothers on the biggest day of my life — my wedding day.  Me and my wife Caren were married October 2007 and already have two beautiful little babies.  Our wedding took place at the Ritz Carlton Rose Hall in Montego Bay Jamacia — what an absolutely beautiful location for a wedding.  Anyway, we were drinking a few Red Stripes before the big EVENT!  Good Times!

Finally, the video below is my Team Beachbody MDB Contest win for November 2008 - I won $1,000 for working out and getting in shape.  The video will share with you the motivation for me with transforming my body and with developing my Beachbody business!
