Who is Michael?
I was born in Chicago, IL and lived most of my youth in Sylvania, OH with my 3 other brothers (below with the bros at my wedding) and sister. We have a great family and two great parents that loved and cared for us. We were a very competitive family and fought for everything we had when we were little. We were very athletic and involved in sports & competition at an early age. I played soccer, football, baseball, and basketball when growing up. In high school, our family moved to the DC and I finished off high school and college in the region. From there I got a corporate job and was 'living the dream' like everyone else.....Plan A.
Go Irish!
After being frustrated with my work and my boss, I thought the best thing to do was go back to school and get a graduate degree. I headed off to South Bend, IN and went to Notre Dame University and got my MBA. Unfortunately for me being a huge Irish fan...the football team stunk the year I attended school there. After graduation, I thought I had it made and I was going to make tons of money and have a great JOB. Well, I did make some really good money but I didn't like what I was doing and I was sacrificing my life for my job.
The better half....
Fortunately, a few years ago I was able to meet my future wife on a blind date! How lucky was I? My wife Caren (from Jamaica) is absolutely beautiful (below pic) and since we were married in Jamaica in 2006 we have two great children and are absolutely Awesome! I love spending all of my free time with my family & friends...isn't this what its all about?
Hardstyle Kettlebells
I enjoy exercise and spending time outside breathing fresh air and swinging kettlebells. I have been using kettlebells for almost 2 years now and just received my RKC certification - the gold standard of hardstyle kettlebells! Quite an awesome accomplishment....if I don't say so myself!
Why Home Based Business & Network Marketing?
Because of my family and wanting to spend as much time as possible with them -- I decided to make a shift and focus my efforts on generating income on my own thru internet marketing and growing a home based business. I am completely tired of the corporate environment where we work out butts off all year long and then have to get on our hands and knees to ask for a day off to spend time with the family. This is not living life and not how I want to live until I retire!
