Team Beachbody and P90X – One Year Later
I wanted to give everyone a quick update on my body transformation from Beachbody and P90X one year later. I have used P90X, P90X+, Ten Minute Trainer, Tony Horton One on One, and other workout programs. The exercise programs were important but the nutritional aspect of the programs was the most important for me. The nutrition was also the hardest for me, but once I go the nutritional side the the programs down — my fitness levels went thru the roof.Also important for me was to get involved with the Beachbody business opportunity and becoming a coach. By becoming a coach with Team Beachbody, I hold myself accountable to others who look to me for guidance and support. I not only help people transform their fitness, I help them transform their finances. Beachbody provides an amazing opportunity and is an amazing company to be associated with.

I am fired up about the new Tony Horton One on One workout — Killer Abs. I had it mailed to me the other day and I am hoping to get it tomorrow so I can try it this weekend. Tony’s ab ripper X routine in P90X is awesome, his ab workout in Ten Minute Trainer is awesome, and I am expecting the same from this workout. I will have a full report on this new routine early next week — I finally received the workout. It is the P90 Ab ripper and the P90X Ab ripperX. The entire workout is roughly 20 minutes but Tony runs you thru the workout quickly. I enjoy mixing my workouts up so this workout is good for me. Also, Tony mentions that you only need to do the ab routine 2-3 times/week.
